The round pipe cutting beveling machine MS-T5 is designed specifically for heat-cutting bevels on round pipes. The grooves cut using plasma or flame methods can be welded without further machining, provided the slag is properly cleaned. In mass production, the economic benefits of using the MS-T5 for bevel cutting become even more significant.
While manual bevel cutting equipment is simple and flexible, it falls short when precision is required, particularly for complex components or assemblies. The quality of hand-cut bevels depends heavily on the operator's skill. For critical components or pressurized vessels, manual cutting is not recommended if precision is uncertain.
