The MS-TS Square Tube CNC Special-shaped Cutting Machine is specifically designed for automatically calculating and cutting the ends of steel tubes. - The MS-TS CNC Special-shaped Tube Cutting Machine is capable of cutting the tube in any form at its end with automatic numerical control flame/plasma thermal cutting equipment, resulting in welded molding with high precision and efficiency.
- The six-axis linkage control system is based on many years of experience in intersection line CNC cutting systems from Shanghai Fang Ling.
- It is primarily used for square tubes.(Most full version is with H-beams, I-beams, groove steel, as well as oval tubes, waist tubes, and other groove cutting schemes, almost meeting the needs of all types of pipes with grooves).
- Using DXF or DWG format files, it can achieve "three-dimensional node expansion" automatic programming without the need for disassembly and auxiliary calculations.
- Convenient parametric programming, bar optimization nesting, multi-bar continuous cutting, extra-long bar automatic separation, lead tangent calculation, tube dynamic three-dimensional simulation, panel slot technology, and a wealth of process management modules are included.
- Various pipe nodes can be built or edited in this form. If more pipe nodes are needed, click "Add", and the node selection form will appear as shown.
- In this form, the node patterns that need to be added are vividly depicted in three dimensions. Different prompts will appear in the lower-left corner of the form after selecting different patterns, and their background color will turn yellowish-green if selected. Click "OK" after selecting, and then enter the edit dialog for this node.
