Gantry frame: The beam is welded by a molded steel plate, and the beam is cut by a laser of the national standard 8mm Q235. The upper and back of the beam uses a steel plate bend 90 degree arc, which can make the whole body less deformation, increase rigidity. The front of the beam is welded with 22mm steel plate, and the whole surface is processed with a gantry planer to reduce the amount of deformation of the whole surface. After the whole machine welding over aging de-stress treatment, followed by surface rust removal treatment. Apply the primer and then apply the surface paint.
