When cutting thicker steel plates, employ a light carbonized flame to prevent melting of the upper edge of the cut while ensuring the outer flame remains longer.
3. Optimize Flame Power for Diffusion-Type Cutting Nozzle
When using diffusion-type cutting nozzles or oxygen curtain cutting nozzles to cut steel plates under 200mm in thickness, increase the flame power to expedite the healing of the leading edge of the cut to the ignition point, thereby achieving higher cutting speeds.
4. Adjust Preheating Flame Power for High Carbon Content Steel
