Firstly, what is the flame cutting of cnc flame cutter?
The flame cutting process of the CNC flame cutter is a thermal cutting process that locally heats the material to the ignition temperature and then burns. In that temperature the cutting oxygen flow, the heat generated by the heating flame and the heat of the material burns in the cutting oxygen air flow (the minimum purity of cutting oxygen is 99.5%). This combustion process is self-diffusion in the depth and direction of oxygen injection, and the residue produced by combustion is catapulted by the injection force of the cutting oxygen, thus forming a cut seam.
Secondly, What material requirements for CNC flame cutter cutting?
In order to be suitable for flame cutting, the material must meet the following requirements:
(1) When the material is heated to the ignition temperature, it must be able to burn in the oxygen flow.
(2) The ignition temperature of the material must be below its melting point.
(3) The melting point of the oxide must be lower than the combustion temperature of the material, so that the oxide can be sprayed by oxygen injection.
(4) The combustion heat of the metal must be as large as possible, and the thermal conductivity should be as low as possible.
