Pipe Beveling Machine Design Purpose:

In industries such as bridge steel structures, shipbuilding, and construction, the use of thick steel round pipes is essential. To ensure strong weld connections between these pipes, grooved processing is necessary. Without grooves, significant gaps can occur between the pipes, compromising the integrity of the weld.

Through groove cutting, the cutting angle between the cut steel pipe and the material surface is lower than 90°, which can facilitate the welding between the steel pipe materials and increase the firmness of welding.
