1.Steel Beam:adopts 18mm thickness steel plate welding structure,the beam total width is 650- 950mm;the whole machine adopts tempering stress annealing treatment.

2.Heavy-duty pre-tightening guide structure:Longitudinal track as standard 24kg/m fine grinding track(optional 43kg/m track).

3.Precision Screw Drive Lifting device:Standard for 1 sets of numerical control flame torch,with automatic ignition device.

4.Transverse longitudinal servo motor and driver:Taiwan Delta(can be Japan Panasonic).

5.Precision Gear Reduction Machine:Taiwan medium-size(can be Germany Neugart).

6.CNC Control System:F-2300--2500A,with Powerful functions,say,Break point & power off restroration;Kerf compensation;Built-in library,Common figures,sustain professional nesting(common line etc),( cnc control system also is optional USA Hypertherm CNC) .

7.Plasma power:China make plasma or USA Hypertherm plasma as options.

8.Nesting Software:Smart NEST Pro,Optional Fast CAM,with auto nesting,common line etc for the gantry plasma cutter.

Power supply as machine required, normal is 1-220 and 3~380

Cutting work platform at site as machine size;

Dust removal device and dedusting duct(if need);

H-beam for platform (or cement-bearing beam);

Gas supply and cut-off valves and other piping configuration.

We will provide drawings, buyer do constructing.

RFQ:How do we decide to adopt flame cutting or plasma cutting?

A:Flame cutting:Use for cutting mild and mid carbon steel 5-300mm,can not cut stainless.

Plasma cutting:Use for cutting mild,mid and high carbon steel 0-50mm,can cut stainless steel.

RFQ:How do we select plasma cutter(NC plasma generator)?

A:Depending on two points:Max cutting and piercing capacity.

Max cutting means cut from sheet rim,piercing capacity means cut from sheet center.
