Gantry cnc plasma cutter,heavy duty type MS-G.HD by Meisar CNC is the most classical CNC plasma cutting machine.It depends on our heavy duty gantry serial,provide the global fabrication shops with the most efficient CNC cutting solutions,meanwhile also suitable to be with cnc flame cutting way,can be gantry cnc plasma and flame cutting machine.

1.Steel Beam:adopts 18mm whole steel plate welding structure,beam width is 850mm;the whole machine adopts tempering stress annealing treatment.
2.Heavy-duty pre-tightening guide structure:Longitudinal track as standard 24kg/m fine grinding track(optional 43kg/m track).
3.Precision Screw Drive Lifting device:Standard is with 1 sets of numerical control flame torch (can be added),with automatic ignition device.
4.Transverse longitudinal servo motor/Drive:Import brand Taiwan Delta(can be customized according to customer requirements).
5.Precision Gear Reduction Machine:Import brand Taiwan medium-size(can be customized according to customer requirements).
6.CNC Control System:F-2500A(optional according to customer requirements).

Performance than other manufacturers:
1.Cross-beam:Adopts the box welding structure,material uses 8mm national standard steel plate after laser cutting,the frame upper surface and back used the bending machine to break into 90 degrees arc,this greatly increase the whole machine beam rigidity,lengthens the service life.The front of frame is with 18mm steel plate after welding with the entire surface of the planer,greatly reduce the total deformation of the machine,improve the accuracy of the machinery,the whole machine is by heat treatment to eliminate stress,with good rigidity,not deformation,high precision,light weight,small inertia characteristics.
2.Longitudinal drive frame(support frame):The two ends are equipped with a horizontal guide wheel,which can adjust the clamping degree of the eccentric on the bottom of the drive frame,so as to keep the whole machine in a stable direction in the movement.Equipped with track dust collectors,at any time to scrape debris accumulated on the guide surface.
3.Longitudinal and transverse drive:all have precision gear rack to drive.Cross-guide rail using precision cold-drawn guide plate,longitudinal guide is train rail-type rail through the precision processing,deceleration device is using Taiwan imported precision gear reducer,to ensure cutting quality during the same-direction cutting.
