(4) in the cleaning torch bearings, silk mother, four-cylinder grease, clean the vehicle transmission filled with grease to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
(5) Use compressed air to clear the dust build-up of the electrical box, check the fastening zero device and the limit protection device.
2. CNC cutting machine secondary maintenance
(1) Repair the old shield chain and other accessories and make up the paint off
(2) Check and adjust the instruments, valve repair also damaged parts
(3) Check the wear and tear of transmission parts, torch bearings, etc., if replacement is required and handled in a timely manner.
(4) The machine running for a long time will also affect accuracy, to correct the parallel degree of the rail, adjust the symmetry of the rotation equipment and check the accuracy of the stepper motor
