The disadvantages of plasma cutting are mainly manifested in the following two aspects:
1. Cutting more than 20mm steel plate is difficult, the need for a large power plasma power supply, higher cost.
2. cutting thick plate, cut into V-shaped.
Can improve as the following:
1. use of zero button, the current point set as the cutting starting point.
2. press the torch automatic switch.
3. choose a good use of the torch, the torch will move to the cutting starting point.
4. check whether the plasma cutting, electrodes need to be replaced, if the cutting or electrodes are damaged, must be replaced. Adjust the plasma's current, arc pressure, and cutting speed.
5. press the machine start button. At this point, the plasma begins to cut
Note: During the cutting process, you can adjust the cutting speed, plasma current, voltage, in order to achieve better cutting results. When the torch is moved to the edge of the plate, the automatic height must be switched off to prevent the torch from colliding.
