      For different metal materials, the cutting thickness of different power laser cutters has a great relationship with cutting materials. 1000 watts, 2000 watts... How thick can a laser cutter of all kinds of power be cut?  

     In general, the thickness limits of different laser cutter power cutting materials are as follows:  

(For reference only, the actual cutting capacity is also related to the cutting machine quality, cutting environment, auxiliary gas, cutting speed and other factors).

     1. 500W fiber laser cutting machine cutting the maximum thickness of different materials: carbon steel maximum thickness of 6mm; Stainless steel maximum thickness of 3mm; The maximum thickness of aluminum plate is 2mm; The maximum thickness of the copper plate is 2mm;  

      2. 1000W fiber laser cutting machine cutting the maximum thickness of different materials: carbon steel maximum thickness of 10mm; Stainless steel maximum thickness of 5mm; The maximum thickness of aluminum plate is 3mm; The maximum thickness of the copper plate is 3mm;  

      3. 2000W fiber laser cutting machine cutting the maximum thickness of different materials: carbon steel maximum thickness of 16mm; Stainless steel maximum thickness of 8mm; The maximum thickness of aluminum plate is 5mm; The maximum thickness of the copper plate is 5mm;  

      4. 3000W fiber laser cutting machine cutting the maximum thickness of different materials: carbon steel maximum thickness of 20mm; The maximum thickness of stainless steel is 10mm; The maximum thickness of aluminum plate is 8mm; The maximum thickness of the copper plate is 8mm;  

      5. 4500W laser cutting stainless steel up to 20mm, but more than 12mm cutting surface quality is not guaranteed, 12mm or less is absolutely bright cutting. The 6000W is better cut, but it's also more expensive.
