1. When the spot focusing on the laser is adjusted very small, the initial effect is determined by spot sampling, and the focal length is determined by the size of the spot effect. We just need to find a small laser point and then this position is better. The focal length is being processed to begin processing. > 2. 3. After installing the laser cutter, install the dashing device on the cutting nozzle of the cutting machine. The dashing device draws a 1-meter square analog cutting pattern. A circle with a diameter of 1 meter is built in and four corners are drawn to the corners. After the stroke is complete, measure with a gaug. Whether the circle is cut to the four edges of the square, whether the verse length of the square is √2 (the data obtained by Kaigen is about 1.41 meters), and the center axis of the circle should be divided equally into the edges and center points of the square. The distance between the axis and the intersection on both sides of the square to the intersection on both sides of the square should be 0.5m.
