(1) Check the various gas routes, valves, whether there is no leakage, gas safety device is effective.
(2) Check that the inlet pressure of the gas provided meets the required requirements.
(3) Check that the supply voltage provided meets the required requirements.
Second, the operation of CNC flame cutting machine work
1. Adjust the cut steel plate as parallel to the track as possible.
2. Depending on the thickness and material, choose the appropriate cut mouth. Make the cutting mouth perpendicular to the steel plate.
3. According to different thickness and material, set the cutting speed and warm-up time in the machine, set the pressure of preheated oxygen, cutting oxygen reasonable.
4. Do not touch the flame area after ignition. The operator tries to take a small splash cutting method to protect the cut mouth.
5. Check the heating flame, as well as cutting oxygen flow, if found damage to the cut mouth, timely replacement, cleaning. Clean the mouth with a special tool to clean.
6. During the cutting process, the phenomenon of fireback, timely cut off the power supply, shut down and turn off the gas valve, if the return valve flake is burned, stop using, such as manufacturers or professionals to replace.
7. When the CNC flame operator operates the cutting machine, always pay attention to the operation of the equipment, if abnormal conditions are found, press the stop switch, exit the work position in time, it is strictly forbidden to start out of the scene.
8. Operator's attention, after cutting a work piece, the torch is raised back to its original position, running to the next position, and then cutting.
9. The operator chooses the cutting speed according to the provisions of the given cutting elements, does not allow the equipment load to be increased simply in order to improve the efficiency, and handles the relationship between equipment life and efficiency and environmental protection.
Third, the operation of CNC flame cutting machine after work
1. After work, the equipment returns to the support position and closes the valve. The residual gas in the tube is exhausted and the power supply is switched off.
2. If the transfer system is implemented, the operation of the on-the-shift equipment is well recorded.
3. Carefully clean up the site and keep the work area clean and orderly.
Fourth, daily maintenance
