1. The signal line is not correct. The signal line needs to be replaced at this time.
2. Equipment and computer grounding is not good. The device and computer need to be well grounded at this point.
3. The computer is not working properly. The computer needs to be repaired or replaced at this time.
4. The computer operating system is faulty or infected with a virus. The operating system needs to be reloaded or virus culled.
5. The application software is not correct. The drive software for the motion control card needs to be reinstalled.
6. The power supply is unstable or by interference signal. At this point, a regulator needs to be installed or the interference signal removed.
7. The processing program is not written correctly. The machining procedure needs to be checked and repaired at this time.
