How to solve the ignition fault of the CNC cutter?
The spark plug does not fire when the ignition is fired. When ignition, there should be a clear discharge spark between the spark plug and the igniter body, which can be clearly seen, or you can hear a loud spark discharge. Spark plug does not fire, first check the main control panel ignition indicator in the operation of the "test fire" key, whether to light 1-2 seconds, to confirm that the main control panel ignition control is correct. Whether or not there is carbon on the spark plug can also cause the spark plug not to fire and needs to be removed. Secondly, check the high-pressure packs connected to the spark plugs and their connected and connected plugs. Give the input of the high-voltage package DC3V (two ordinary batteries) voltage, the high-voltage package between the two output lines (two lines 2-10mm apart) should produce spark discharge, otherwise the high-voltage package is damaged.
No gas is squirting out of the ignition. While operating the "Test Fire" key, an open flame can be used to ignite at the CNC cutter igniter spitfire in order to confirm whether there is gas squirting during ignition. If there is no gas ejection, the main control plate and solenoid valve indicator can be checked according to the gas fault check and the elimination method. If the main control plate and solenoid valve indicator indicate normal, there is no valve blockage phenomenon, it is possible to point the gas nozzle on the small hole blockage. The method of diagnosis is to loosen the nut under the adjustment knob on the igniter and place the knob in the water to see if it has gas sprayed out of the ignition. Such a gas and no gas in the ignition fire, it must be the gas nozzle blockage. The gas nozzle hole is very small, 0.4mm. The treatment method is to use a waste hand with a steel saw blade, grinding out a thin tip, and then use it to make small holes through.
