How flame cutters work.

Flame cutting is the oldest form of thermal cutting, with metal thicknesses from 1 mm to 1.2 m, but when you need to cut the vast majority of low carbon steel plate thicknesses below 20 mm, you should use other cutting methods.

Flame cutting is the use of iron oxide combustion process produced by the high temperature to cut carbon steel, flame torch design for the combustion of iron oxide to provide sufficient oxygen to ensure a good cutting effect.

Flame cutting equipment is low-cost and is the only cost-effective means of cutting thick metal plates, but there are shortcomings in sheet cutting. Compared with plasma, the thermal influence area of flame cutting is much largeer and the thermal deformation is relatively large. In order to cut accurately and effectively, the operator needs to have superior technology in order to avoid the thermal deformation of the metal plate in time during the cutting process.

Flame cutting methods are torch cutting and cutting machine cutting two.
