Because the movement of the axes is achieved by the servo unit control servo motor to drive the gears. The rotary encoder is used for speed feedback and motor positioning is used for position feedback. In general, the prone to failure is the drive module of the rotary encoder and the server unit. In the feed transmission system of the plasma cutter, the role of the rail is to support and guide the moving parts in order to carry on the reciprocating linear motion in a given direction. If the guide rail of the plasma cutter fails, measures should be taken in a timely manner. There are several ways to fix the fault of the plasma cutter rails:

1. Adjust the gap between the wedge rod and the support plate to reduce the friction between the support plate and the rail and improve the motion accuracy;

2. Adjust the pretension force, adjust the loose part, eliminate the transmission gap, etc., can improve the drive accuracy.

3. Paste the plastic guide to ensure that the plastic rod is intact;

4. The gap between the rail and the rail should not be stolen, there must be good protective gear;

5, static pressure guide should have a set of oil supply system, filtration effect is good;

6. Timely, quantitative and accurate lubrication of each moving part.
